THE PURPOSE: EXPLORE

Creatine is the highest selling singular ingredient supplement on the market. It is a commonly used by athletes wishing to increase their athletic performance, muscle mass, recovery and general wellbeing. We take this to a whole new level with higher purity, further science and extra ingredients changing the above word form “increase” to “maximise”.

Creatine (Cr) was discovered as an ingredient in meat in 1832 by the French scientist Chevreul, who named it after the Greek word kreas, meaning “flesh”. The Cr analog phosphocreatine (PCr) was discovered in 1927, followed
by the discovery of the creatine kinase (CK) reaction in 1937. In the years following, most research on the subject focused on various biochemical aspects of the CK reaction and its role in tissues with high energy demands.

At the start of the 1990s, Creatine received widespread attention for its use as an ergogenic aid. This followed public knowledge of its use by British track and field athletes in training for the 1988 and 1992 summer Olympic Games. The British experienced considerable success in these games, and many people wondered whether this success was aided by Creatine supplementation.

Much of the ensuing controversy arose over how to categorize Creatine. Those who asserted that it should be prohibited from use by Olympic athletes believed that it gave an unfair—and more importantly, unnatural—advantage, much like steroids. On the other hand, others observed
that Creatine is found in certain foods containing it (meat) and contested that it should therefore be permitted, like protein or vitamin supplements.

The polemics surrounding this dispute created a sensation, and many were quick to capitalize off of it. Creatine began to be marketed to consumers as an athletic nutritional supplement. Much has been written on the subject of Creatine use, and a large number of clinical and laboratory studies have been performed to better understand the compound. In recent years, research on the subject has shifted from performance evaluation to studies elucidating the role of Creatine in muscle functional capacity.

THE SCIENCE: EXPLORE

Amplified Creatine Technology™

A synergy of 2 vital ingredients scientifically proven to amplify the transportation of creatine molecules through the intestines & bloodstream, saturating muscle cells faster & further than creatine alone.

How does it work?

Unlike regular Creatine Monohydrate, CreATP™ contains 99.5% purity and Micronised to 200mesh. These extra fine nano molecules mix instantly in liquid allowing its chemical form to be broken down completely by saliva and stomach once consumed orally.

As the Creatine molecules reach the intestines, further absorption is restricted by the CAT1 transporter in the intestinal lumen. The CAT1 transporter allows more specific nutrients to be absorbed through the wall of the small intestine so it can be transported into the blood stream. Only when a nutrient reaches the blood stream it becomes available to the 37 trillion cells. AstraGin® stimulates the CAT1 transporter increasing the absorption of Creatine by 33%.

Approximately 90% of cellular Creatine is taken up and accumulated. This is facilitated by the Cr transporter (CreaT1). This transporter is driven by electrochemical potential differences of extracellular vs intracellular sodium and chloride ion concentrations. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt fuels the CreaT1 transporter with Sodium and Chloride allowing it to efficiently transport the Creatine molecules from the bloodstream directly into the muscle cells.

THE INGREDIENTS: EXPLORE

CreATP: (Micronized creatine monohydrate 200mesh with a purity of 99.5%)

What is it?

Creatine is a small molecule resembling an amino acid, such as arginine or lysine. It is naturally found in the body, with approximately 95% of the body's total Creatine pool being concentrated in skeletal muscle
tissue, with smaller amounts being found in the brain, heart and, in males, the testes. Creatine can either be produced endogenously by the body, obtained through the diet by eating the skeletal muscles of other animals or through supplementation.

Our Creatine monohydrate is manufactured synthetically from
Sarcosine and Cynamide. They are combined in a reactor with other catalyst components, heated, pressurised and micronised to form our 99.5% pure Creatine crystals.

There is NO such thing as “100% Pure Creatine” Creatine
Monohydrate.

Most Creatine monohydrate supplements on the market claim they contain “pure creatine monohydrate”, playing on words as there are no other ingredients inside their product. The average Creatine purity is around 80% - 90% purity by weight unless specified. While this compromises quality it saves
massively on production costs which is why our product stands out.

Our premium Creatine Monohydrate (CreATP™) is micronized to 200 mesh with one of the highest purity content in the world, 99.5%. Not only does this maximise the amount of creatine consumed, it also drastically improves the solubility from the finer particles produced, increasing mix-ability, absorption and effectiveness.

When consumed orally through the intestines, creatine is taken up via a sodium chloride dependent transporter and ultimately transported via the bloodstream to the muscle cells, heart and nervous system.

What does it do?

ATP Production:
All living cells need energy. Muscle cells require large amounts of energy when active.

Creatine makes this energy more readily available. At the
beginning of physical activity, the muscles rely on energy sources that are immediately available. These exist in the form of ATP (Adenosine triphosphate)
and creatine phosphate.

ATP and creatine phosphate act as energy depots. This helps
to bridge the time until the biodegration of glucose (glycolysis) glycogen (glyconolysis) and fat releasing further energy into the body.

ATP releases energy which enables muscle function. The
storage of creatine phosphate in muscle cells are increased through the supplementation of creatine. The larger creatine phosphate pool leads to a
faster regeneration of ATP ,resulting In increased muscle mass, strength, performance and recovery.

Cellular Hydration:
Also known as “fluid retention”, creatine monohydrate is
osmotic, this means it attracts and holds water. This osmotic reaction occurs in the body’s tissues where creatine is stored, around 95% of which is in the skeletal muscles. Creatines ability to increase cell volume through “fluid retention” instantly increases Muscle Mass. This also sends a message “anabolic
proliferative signal” to the cell to produce more muscle protein, which increases strength, performance and endurance.

AstraGin®: (Increases
absorption of creatine by 33% & ATP production by 18%)

What is it?

AstraGin® is a proprietary plant derived compound complex
extracted from highly fractionated Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus by a proprietary pharmaceutical extraction and processing
technology.

AstraGin® increases the absorption and bioavailability of
nutrients in cells through enhanced mRNA and transporter protein expression.

What does it do?

Absorption:
Proteins are large, complex molecules that play many
critical roles in the body. They do most of the work in cells and are required for the structure, function, and regulation of the body’s tissues and organs.
Proteins are made up of hundreds of thousands of smaller units called amino acids, which are attached to one another in long chains. There are 20 different types of amino acids that can be combined to make a protein. The sequence of
amino acids determines each protein’s unique 3-dimensional structure and its specific function.

Amino acids and peptides are absorbed through specific
transport systems after protein digestion.

AstraGin® Increases the expression level of many absorption regulating mRNA, such as CAT1 for the absorption of cationic amino acids.
Higher expression level of an absorption regulating mRNA will lead to more of the transporter(s) it regulates, such as CAT1 mRNA regulates the production of
CAT1 transporter. More specific absorption transporter allows more specific nutrients to be absorbed through the wall of the small intestine so it can be
transported to the blood stream, such as more CAT1 transporter which causes more creatine to be absorbed.

Only when a nutrient reaches the blood stream, can it become
available to the 37 trillion cells in the human body!

ATP Production:
AstraGin® has also been shown to increase liver ATP production by elevating mitochondrial function. Mitochondrial dysfunction inhibits muscle mass growth.

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt:
(Amplifies the cellular uptake of creatine via the sodium chloride dependent transporter (CREAT1) & enhances cellular hydration)

What is it?

Pink Himalayan sea salt is a type of salt from the Punjab region of Pakistan, near the foothills of the Himalayas. Most people describe pink Himalayan salt as the purest salt available which boasts several health
benefits.

Our Pink Himalayan Sea Salt contains 98% sodium chloride
with no additives. The rest of the Salt consists of trace minerals, such as potassium, magnesium, and calcium.

What does it do?

Absorption:
Approximately 90% of cellular Creatine is taken up and
accumulated against a large concentration gradient. This is facilitated by the Cr transporter (CreaT), which is driven by electrochemical potential differences of extracellular vs. intracellular sodium and chloride ion concentrations.

CreaT1 is a member of the sodium ion-dependent transporter family, The gene for CreaT1 is located on chromosome Xq28 and is labeled the Cr transporter gene (CreaT1).

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt fuels the CreaT1 transporter with
Sodium and Chloride allowing it to efficiently transport Creatine molecules through the bloodstream and into the muscle cells.

Cellular Hydration:
The human body has a narrow range for maintaining optimal
fluid levels, this is regulated by two receptors that detect blood volume and cellular fluid. Each cell is bathed in extracellular fluid (outside the cell), and intracellular fluid (inside the cell). Both fluids maintain a balance of
osmolytes – low-molecular-weight organic compounds that influence the properties of biological fluids. Osmolytes manage the levels of ionic-charged mineral salts (electrolytes) and are comprised of amino acids and glucose.
Ionic-charged minerals provide electrical potential activating neurons in the nervous system, brain activity and muscle movement.

Sodium is the main extracellular electrolyte which draws
water into the blood plasma. Creatine is intracellular therefore moving the water into the cell. This combination instantly increases cell volume and
muscle mass!

Why is Blood Flow important?

Proper circulation is key for maintaining optimal health. It
ensures that blood (nutrients and oxygen) continuously flows through the body, allowing every organ to function correctly. It helps to heal wounds faster,
allows muscles to function correctly and keeps your brain sharp and your heart healthy.

How does Blood Flow increase mental performance?

The heart pumps blood up to the brain through 2 sets of arteries, the carotid arteries and the vertebral arteries. More blood means more oxygen and nutrients. Despite the brain being around 2% of the body's
total weight it requires around 20% of your body's energy to function at rest.

When neurons start to fire from the use of Central Nervous System Stimulants there is an accompanying increase in Blood Flow to the area of the brain that is more active. More available Blood Flow means more available energy!

How does Blood Flow increase physical performance?

The left atrium receives oxygen-rich blood from the lungs
and pumps it to the the left ventricle through the mitral valve. The left ventricle pumps the oxygen-rich blood through the aortic valve out to the rest
of the body.

Muscle cells are supplied by tiny capillaries that deliver oxygen and nutrients whilst removing waste products such as carbon dioxide and lactic acid. By increasing Blood Flow to your muscles they will instantly:

Appear Bigger (Pump)

Perform Better (Strength)

Take Longer to Fatigue (Endurance)

Recover Faster (Recovery)

Blood from the body comes back to your heart in large veins,
This blood has low oxygen levels because most of the oxygen has been used by your muscles. The veins take the blood into the right side of your heart. The
right side of your heart is a low pressure system and it pumps blood back to the lungs. As your heart beats faster during exercise, increased Blood Flow helps regulate your blood pressure, putting less stress on the heart and lungs, dramatically improving cardio.

THE SCIENCE: EXPLORE

Dual Pathway Nitric Oxide
Technology™

Research and development supported by Staffordshire
University.

The world’s first documented formula which scientifically
stimulates every enzyme in the human body that is able to produce Nitric Oxide (NO) and increase cGMP. These enzymes are stimulated by L-Citrulline and 4 of the strongest patented ingredients from around the world, each ingredient has
its own mechanism of action and has excelled in their human trails.

How does it work?

L-Citruline is the foundation for many formulas and rightly so. It is a naturally occurring amino acid which converts to Arginine through the Urea Cycle. Arginine stimulates Nitric Oxide Synthase through the eNOS, nNOS and iNOS enzymes producing Nitric Oxide. We have stimulated the eNOS enzyme further by including 2 patented ingredients ViNitrox™ and S7®. S7® has been clinically shown to increase Nitric Oxide by 230%.

The 2nd pathway NO3 (Nitrate) / NO2 (Nitrite) has been stimulated by another patented ingredient called FitNox®, clinically shown to increase Nitric Oxide by 336%. It is important to note that all our complimenting ingredients within the Dual Pathway Nitric Oxide Technology™ are 100% natural. We do not use synthetic Nitrates due to them being heavily linked to cancer!

Synergistically our 4 ingredients maximise the production of Nitric Oxide stimulating SGC (Soluble Guanylyl Cynthase). This leads to increased cGMP (Cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate) activating PKG (Protein Kinase G) which regulates the contractile activity of the smooth muscle cell, increasing vasodilation and Blood Flow. cGMP is naturally restricted by the PDE5 enzyme, This is where our 5th ingredient AmentoPump® comes in. It acts as a PDE5 inhibitor blocking the PDE5 Enzyme and the degradative action of cGMP. Amentopump® also stimulates SR (Sarcoplasmic Reticulum) 20 times greater than Caffeine, releasing Ca2+ (Calcium Irons) directly to the muscle cells, significantly improving muscular contraction, Pump and Strength.

Amplified Neurotransmitter
Syntheses™

Developed around the 9 Key Neurotransmitters which control
the way we feel. Each ingredient in our formula performs within the hour and has been specifically targeted to a certain role. We have no illegal ingredients that may cause mental or physical dangers and the synergy we have selected enables you to cycle our serving options without building a tolerance, maximising the potent effect of the number one psychostimulant in the world:
Caffeine.

Neurotransmitters: The chemistry of emotions.

Where two neurons meet, a very small gap (synapse) exists
between them. The electrical impulse travelling along the axon of the neuron must convert into a chemical signal to bridge this gap. The chemicals that do
this are called neurotransmitters. Your emotions depend on fluctuating levels of neurotransmitters, which cause the activation of different parts of the brain responsible for different sensations.

Neurotransmitters are chemicals that relay, amplify, and modulate signals within the brain. Stimulating these neurotransmitters before
training allows us to control the way the brain and body communicates. Our main
focus is to significantly enhance Energy, Alertness, Focus, Motivation and Mood
without any negative after effects.

Adrenaline (Fight or flight):

Released by the adrenal glands. Adrenaline increases the
flow of blood to our muscles, raises our heart rate and dilates our pupils. It is called our "Fight or Flight" survival response.

(Caffeine, Cocoabuterol®)

Noradrenaline (Concentration):

Similar to adrenaline, the release of this chemical can result in increased levels of alertness, helping to prime us for action if
needed. It also increases our blood pressure and widens our air passages.

(Caffeine, Cocoabuterol®)

Dopamine (Pleasure):

This is the addictive reward chemical that your brain
craves. It serves to motivate you to seek out the things you need for your survival. We can sometimes find ourselves enslaved by this reward mechanism.

(Caffeine, EnXtra®, L-Theanine, Cocoabuterol®, FitNox®)

 GABA (Calming):

Responsible for regulating muscle tone, GABA also regulates
the communication between brain cells. It can calm us down by reducing the rate at which our neurones fire.

(L-Theanine, AmentoPump®)

Acetylcholine (Learning):

This is the main neurotransmitter in the parasympathetic nervous system that slows our heart rate, contracts smooth muscles, dilates
blood vessels and increases bodily secretions.

(EnXtra®, Huperzine A)

Glutamate (Memory):

The most abundant neurotransmitter in the vertebrate nervous system, glutamate is used by nerve cells to transmit signals to other cells.

(Caffeine, L-Theanine)

Endorphins (Euphoria):

Triggered by the sensation of pain, endorphins work to
inhibit the transmission of pain signals.

Stimulated naturally by laughter, endorphins are capable of
producing a sense of euphoria.

(Cocoabuterol®)

Serotonin (Mood):

Serotonin is linked to our wellbeing and happiness. Our
levels are effect by excersize and exposure to sunlight. It also helps regulate our mood balance, sleep cycle and digestion.

(Caffeine, L-Theanine, Cocoabuterol®)

Adenosine (Tiredness):

Adenosine is an inhibitory neurotransmitter. This means,
adenosine can act as a central nervous system depressant. In normal conditions it promotes tiredness, sleep and suppresses arousal.

THE INGREDIENTS: EXPLORE

Caffeine Anhydrous
(Strongest Legal Central Nervous System Stimulant)

What is it?

Pharmaceutical Grade Caffeine is the strongest Legal Central Nervous System Stimulant and the worlds most widely consumed psychoactive drug.

What does it do?

Caffeine increases the formation of neurotransmitters in the
Central Nervous System as Dopamine, Acetylcholine and Serotonin, which exerts a
strong stimulating effect increasing Energy, Adrenaline, Alertness and Focus. The human body builds a tolerance to regular consumption, which is why we recommend you cycle our 3 serving sizes for optimum results.

Caffeine is used worldwide for its power to increase cognitive performance. However at millimolar concentrations Caffeine also exerts a powerful effect on Sarcoplasmic Reticulum (SR), activating the release of Calcium Irons initiating muscular contraction in skeletal, cardiac muscles and muscular relaxation in smooth muscle cells, improving Blood Flow and Strength!

How does it work?

In the brain Adenosine is an inhibitory neurotransmitter. It
can act as a central nervous system depressant. In normal conditions, it promotes sleep and suppresses arousal.

Caffeine’s primary method of action is to block adenosine
reception so you feel alert. It injects adrenaline into the system to give you a boost.

To a nerve cell, Caffeine looks like adenosine: Caffeine binds to the adenosine receptor. However, Caffeine doesn't slow down the cell's activity like adenosine would. As a result, the cell can no longer identify adenosine because Caffeine is taking up all the receptors that adenosine would normally bind to.
Instead of slowing down because of the adenosine's effect, the nerve cells speed up. Caffeine's effect on the brain causes increased neuron firing. The
pituitary gland senses this activity and thinks some sort of emergency must be occurring, so it releases hormones that tell the adrenal glands to produce
Adrenaline(epinephrine). Adrenaline is the "fight or flight” hormone.

Caffeine activates Noradrenaline neurons and seems to affect
the local release of Dopamine. Many of the alerting effects of Caffeine may be related to the action of the Methylxanthine on Serotonin neurons.

Caffeine increases the amount of Dopamine in our brains by
blocking its reabsorption into our bodies. It doesn't increase the amount of Dopamine our bodies make, but it slows the rate at which Dopamine leaves our brains and returns to our bodies.

Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that activates pleasure sensations in certain parts of the brain. Cocaine manipulate Dopamine levels by slowing down the rate of Dopamine reabsorption. Caffeine increases Dopamine levels in the same way. Its effect is much weaker than cocaine, but the mechanism is the same.

EnXtra
®:
(Increases alertness by 119%)

What is it?

Sports Nutrition Ingredient of the year 2019. EnXtra® is a
super energizing patented botanical extract derived from the roots of Alpinia Galanga.

What does it do?

The active compounds of EnXtra® can block Dopamine reuptake at synapses, thereby increasing Dopamine levels enhancing visuospatial performance and mental clarity, leading to improved mental alertness.

Enovate Biolife took on the challenge to create the first
caffeine free natural psychostimulant with the onset and duration of action
comparable to Caffeine but, without the crash.

The result was the first and only natural Caffeine-free patent-pending botanical ingredient, clinically proven to improve alertness by 107% within an
hour of administration.

Other clinically proven health benefits include:

  • Ensuring peak alertness 3 hours after consuming EnXtra®,which lasts up to 5 hours.
  • Improving sustained attention when taken along with
    Caffeine.
  • Impeding a Caffeine crash when taken concurrently.
  • Improving the working capacity of the brain.
  • Enhancing focus and increasing energy.
  • Decreasing error rates of daily tasks, leading to improved performance and productivity.
  • Promoting wakefulness without disturbing natural sleep patterns.
  • Reducing daily fatigue.

EnXtra® is supported by Human Studies and a first class
molecular docking study published in science journals.

A screening study shows that a 300mg dose of EnXtra® alone
improves alertness by 107% 1 hour after consumption, 119% 3 hours after consumption and 103% 5 hours after consumption.

200mg of Caffeine combined with 300mg of EnXtra® (also known as the “Caffeine Amplifier”) showed better alertness scores and sustained
attention compared to Caffeine on its own. It also impedes the crash from Caffeine.

How does it work?

Alpinia galanga is widely distributed in India. In India, it
is traditionally used as Nervine tonic and stimulant. Based on the reported neuroprotective and CNS stimulant activities of A. galanga, Enovate Biolife
explored the potentials of the different extracts for psychostimulant action
via a pilot study. The aqueous extract of A. galanga was found to be the most efficient in enhancing the mental Alertness which was further assessed by a
well-designed clinical study in humans. The findings indicated that the current extract (EnXtra®) is more efficient compared to Caffeine to maintain the Mental Alertness without inducing the Caffeine-crash like symptoms. They decided to further fingerprint the exact phytochemicals responsible for the elicited pharmacological effect.

Dopamine is the neurotransmitter responsible for sending signals from the Central Nervous System. It allows human beings to stay attentive and focused. Caffeine, the most widely consumed psychoactive
substance in the world, is known to improve alertness by enhancing Dopamine signaling in the brain. The highly concentrated properties of EnXtra® has been shown to interact with the Dopamine and Acetylcholinesterase (AchE)
neurotransmitters more than Caffeine. As evident by the outcome of the studys conducted, active compounds of EnXtra® can block the Dopamine reuptake, therfore increasing the Dopamine levels which can further enhance the visuospatial performance and mental clarity, leading to improved mental Alertness. At the same time, its strong effect on Acetylcholinesterase receptors is indicative of its nootropic potential.

Cocoabuterol
®:
(Activates thermogenic fat loss, boosts energy & muscle mass)

What is it?

Natural cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) extract concentrating the
most bioactive compounds using the latest technologies. The major ingredients of Cocoabuterol® are natural polyphenols and alkaloids.

Theobroma originates from Ancient Greek and translates to
“Food of the Gods” because of these powerful micronutrients.

What does it do?

The natural alkaloids in Cocoabuterol® have solid
reputations for giving your muscles a hard look. Cocoabuterol®’s primary focus
and function is to enhance cAMP levels. It also causes significant increments in the levels of mTOR that become activated within the body. This is a type of protein enzyme that regulates and maintains growth, protein synthesis and overall muscular hypertrophy. Cocoabuterol® has abilities to potentially modify
polyamine levels, which can create yet another mechanism, disabling skeletal muscle atrophy and even enabling direct muscle growth.

The natural polyphenols have several benefits on cardiovascular health, such as lowering blood pressure, improving vascular function and glucose metabolism. It also reduces platelet aggregation and adhesion increasing the bioavailability of Nitric Oxide Synthase.

These natural occurring phytochemicals have incredible
benefits throughout the body and are able to:

  • Boost Energy and Mood
  • Activate Thermogenic Fat Burning
  • Increase Blood Flow
  • Enable Direct Muscle Growth
  • Improve Power Output and Endurance

How does it work?

The major active ingredients of Cocoabuterol® are natural
polyphenols and alkaloids. These include N-coumaroyIdopamine,
N-caffeoyldopamine, Phenylethylamine, Tryptophan and Theobromine.

These naturally occurring phytochemicals each have individual responsibilities when it comes to stimulating neurotransmitters:

N-coumaroyldopamine and N-caffeoyldopamine are naturally
occurring beta-2 adrenoreceptor agonists. Other beta-2 agonists include popular fat loss drugs Ephedrine and Clenbuterol. Inside the body, N-coumaroyldopamine
and N-caffeoyldopamine get broken down into Dopamine. They work by increasing Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate (cAMP) which activates lipolysis. That's when your cells release fatty acids to be burned as Energy. This causes increased
metabolic rate and energy expenditure. Beta-2 adrenergic receptors can also have an anabolic effect in muscle tissue. When you eat and train towards the goal of gaining muscle, supplementing with Cocoabuterol® will facilitate
loosing fat at the same time as gaining muscle. These receptors turned on by N coumaroyldopamine and N-caffeoyldopamine have also been shown to induce dilation in the vascular system leading to increased Blood Flow.

Phenylethylamine has earned the nickname 'chocolate amphetamine’. This stimulates the Adrenaline and Noradrenaline neurotransmitters like Caffeine. High levels of these neurotransmitters help promote feelings of attraction, excitement, giddiness, apprehension and Energy. Cocoa has the highest concentration in any food of Phenylethylamine, which is the chemical produced in the brain when a person orgasms. In chocolate most of Phenylethylamine is metabolized before it reaches the CNS. The human body is sensitive to its effects in very small quantities.

Theobromine and Caffeine belong to the same methylxamthine chemical family. These chemicals act as stimulants of the Central Nervous System by raising Adrenaline and Noradrenaline levels, most notably by binding to Adenosine receptors in the brain, blocking Adenosine from binding to the receptors. Theobromine also acts as a vasodilator and has been medically used to increase Blood Flow and treat high blood pressure. Although Theobromine
shares a lot of similarities to the chemical structure of Caffeine, it has a more gradual onset of action and a much longer half life.

Cocoabuterol® is an extremely powerful ingredient and can be
compared to Caffeine. It doesn't have the edge of Caffeine but lasts longer and enhances Caffeine’s most desirable effects.
Cocoabuterol® does not act as extensively on the Central Nervous System, so it is unlikely to cause the shakes and tremors associated with high amounts of
Caffeine.

Clenbuterol is famous for its ability to add lean muscle
& burn body fat at the same time. However, Clenbuterol is an illegal substance and comes with some harmful side effects due to its additional influence on the Beta-1 receptors which are located in the heart.

 L-theanine:
(Combined with Caffeine boosts cognitive performance and reduces post crash)

What is it?

L-theanine is a non-essential amino acid found naturally in
tea leaves. This micro ingredient is often associated with green tea extract.

The popularity of green tea has spiked in recent history, the ingredient responsible for green tea’s recent rise in popularity is L-theanine.

What does it do?

By acting a a neurotransmitter it increases the release of
Gamma-ammiobutyric acid (GABA) - a chemical known for its ability to inhibit the Central Nervous System.

L-theanine  works
synergistically with other stimulants and is a potent cognitive enhancer. Alongside Caffeine it helps target the stimulatory effects, extends them and reduces the crash from higher amounts.

As well as significantly increasing Energy levels, Caffeine
also increases blood pressure and heart rate. By combining these 2 nutrients, it has been shown to reduce vasoconstriction and improve Blood Flow to the brain,
helping to maintain healthy blood pressure.

How does it work?

L-theanine can increase a number of neurotransmitters in your brain. As a result multiple studies have shown that L-theanine reduces the negative effects from high stimulants such as crashing, anxiety and depression, but is able to enhance Focus and cognitive function.

Historically L-theanine has been reported as a relaxing
agent, prompting scientific research on its pharmacology. Multiple Neurochemistry studies suggest that L-theanine increases brain Serotonin, Dopamine and GABA levels.

There are a number of reasons why Green Tea is good for you:
the antioxidant content is incredible but it also contains an excellent nootropic (substance that enhances cognition): L-theanine.

L-theanine is used for relaxation without the unwanted sedative (sleepy) side effects. There is also increasing evidence that L-theanine enhances concentration and focus especially when combined with a Caffeine.

L-theanine crosses the blood-brain barrier and reaches peak
levels within 1 hour, remaining elevated for up to 5 hours.

The mechanism of L-theanine is technical and often misunderstood.

There are two main competing neurotransmitters:

  • The inhibitory neurotransmitter, GABA
  • The excitatory neurotransmitter, Glutamate.

The GABA and Glutamate pathways are linked to many other neurotransmitters like Dopamine, and Serotonin. Changes in one of these two neurotransmitters can affect other neurotransmitters.

Oral ingestion of L-theanine increases GABA release. This makes sense because it's promoting inhibition and relaxation, but why?

L-theanine promotes GABA release indirectly by interacting with Glutaminergic neurons (neurons that release Glutamate). Because L-theanine’s molecular structure is similar to the molecular structure of the amino acid Glutamine and Glutamate, it can block transporters and receptors responsible for the release of Glutamate.

This means L-theanine changes the balance of neurotransmitters in the brain, promoting GABA (inhibitory) over glutamate
(excitatory), which increases other neurotransmitters like Dopamine and Serotonin.

In simple terms, L-theanine can activate the brain’s calming pathways and influence other
neurotransmitters important for Focus, mood, motivation, attention, and memory.

How Does L-theanine Differ From Other Drugs?

Pharmaceutical drugs can achieve similar relaxation effects to L-Theanine but with the addition of a sedative effect. When drugs known as Benzodiazepines (or tranquilizers) are consumed, they have a sedative and relaxing effect. Similar to L-Theanine GABA levels are increased in the brain, but contrary to L-Theanine they interact directly with the GABA receptors, not indirectly.

L-theanine indirectly increases GABA levels, This indirect stimulation of the GABA pathway is believed to be the reason why L-theanine supplementation cannot only relax, but decrease anxiety without the unwanted sleepy side effects.

The Relationship Between Brain Waves and L-Theanine:

Your brain cells operate through a series of electrical impulses. These impulses can be detected with a device called an
electroencephalogram (EEG). Brain wave patterns reveal a lot of useful information about a person's state of mind.

Here’s a list of the different types of brain waves and what they represent.

What does all of this have to do with L-theanine?

Taking L-theanine can promote alpha wave activity, making
you feel more awake and more relaxed.

Increases in Alpha wave patterns are linked to decreases in
circulating cortisol levels. In times of high stress, L-theanine can promote relaxation, while also improving attention, motivation, cognition, and memory.

The Relationship Between L-theanine and Caffeine:

To maximise the mental benefits of L-theanine, this amino
acid should be combined with Caffeine. This synergy results in increased attention, Alertness and accuracy in healthy adults when assessed with cognitive tests.

Caffeine alone has been proven to achieve similar positive
results but the associated tremors and eventual crash counteract many of these
benefits.

At the correct ratio L-theanine removes crash and reduces tremors but enhances the powerful stimulatory benefits associated with Caffeine.

Huperzine A:
(Improves cognitive and muscular performance)

What is it?

A substance that is commonly found in the Chinese herb
called Toothed Club Moss, scientifically known as Huperzia Serrata. Used in Chinese medicine for centuries with the main purpose of helping to clear the mind.

What does it do?

Huperzine A is an Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor. It stops a specific enzyme (Cholinesterase) from breaking down Acetylcholine in
the body. Acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter that is used in many processes in the body. Neurotransmitters are chemical messages that are released by nerve cells to communicate signals to other cells in the body such as neurons, gland cells and muscle cells. By increasing the levels of Acetylcholine in the body, neurotransmission will be improved, increasing cognitive and muscular performance. Huperzine A crosses the blood brain barrier quickly and does not only prevent the breakdown of Acetylcholine, but also allows for a surplus of Acetylcholine above base levels, improving nerve and brain function and the direct signalling of muscular contractions.

Currently under clinical trials as a potential drug to treat Alzheimers Disease proves the strength of this incredibly potent ingredient.

L-Citrulline Malate 2:1:
(Studied to increase Flow Mediated Dilation, widening of
the artery by 34%)

What is it?

A naturally occurring amino acid which is also found in watermelon. L-Citrulline has been utilised for many years in the supplement industry as the best well known precursor for Nitric Oxide. Unfortunately
L-Citrulline’s absorption rate is relatively poor on its own. Our ingredient is chemically bonded to malic acid at a 2:1 ratio which is proven to maximise its bioavailability and effectiveness.

What does it do?

L-Citrulline constantly creates Nitric Oxide within our body
naturally via the Urea Cycle. When consumed in powder form it converts to L-Arginine which produces Nitric Oxide via Nitric Oxide Syntheses (NOS).

Supplementing directly with L-Arginine is less superior that
L-Citrulline due to its extremely poor bioavailability.

One of many studies show consuming 8,000mg of L-Citrulline Malate 2:1 before exercise increased Flow Mediated Dilation (FMD) by 34%. (FMD) Widens the Arteries significantly increasing Blood Flow!

FitNox®:
(Boost in Plant-Based Nitric Oxide (NO) by 336%)

What is it?

FitNox® is a 100% bioactive ingredient with 3 components,
each component being selected for a specific function, working synergistically to promote optimal performance. Using cutting edge proprietary Polar / Non Polar Sandwiching Technology (PNS), FitNox® consists of Moringa Oleifera
(Miracle Tree) and Punica Granatum (Pomegranate) with methoxy flavones from
Kaempferia Pariviflora (Black Ginger) sandwiched between these 2 layers to help
the transmission of bio-active components across the lipid membrane stimulating
the NO2 / NO3 Pathway.

What does it do?

FitNox® has been scientifically shown to increase Nitric
Oxide (NO) levels up to 336% thereby promoting increased Vasodilation and Blood
Flow. It supports many of the components related to Nitric Oxide (NO) production and improves Endurance by 18%.

A short term (1 day) human study was performed to investigate whether oral intake of 250mg of FitNox® is able to increase Nitrate (NO3) and Nitrite (NO2) levels in blood serum and saliva of healthy adults. These are widely accepted markers for indicating the level of Nitric Oxide within the body. Nitrate and Nitrite levels significantly increased at 1 hour following a single dose of FitNox® in blood and saliva measurements. Nitrate and Nitrite levels in blood and saliva remained significantly elevated for 10 hours post dose.

FitNox® also increases Energy and cognitive function which
is the result of a 36% increase in Dopamine from another impressive human trial.

How does it work?

Black Ginger (Kaempferia parviflora) Extract

Black ginger or Thai Ginseng (Kaempferia parviflora) is rich
in antioxidants due to the presence of polymethoxyflavones and is used as an energy enhancer. Among the methoxy flavones, the major constituents are 5,7-dimethoxyflavone, 5,7,4′-trimethoxyflavone, 5- hydroxy-3,7,4′-trimethoxyflavone and 5-hydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyflavone.

The chemical structure of the major methoxy flavanones from
black ginger extract have demonstrated in studies that vascular tone is controlled not only by nervous and hormonal influences, but also by local
active factors produced by the endothelium by activation of the various nitric oxide synthase (NOS). Nitric oxide (NO), also known as endothelium-derived
relaxing factor (EDRF) functions as a cell signalling factor in physiological and pathological processes and contributes to the control of basal and stimulated regional blood flow in humans. Therefore, increase in eNOS would help in these processes. Interestingly, Kaempferia parviflora extract was shown
to dose-dependently increase eNOS mRNA, protein expression and nitrite concentrations in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC).

Phosphodiesterases (PDEs) are a group of enzymes that have
powerful effects on cellular signaling as they regulate the second messenger, cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) or cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).
Studies have shown that 7-methoxyflavones present in Kaempferia parviflora significantly inhibits both PDE5 and PDE6.

Pomegranate peels
are comprised almost 26–30% of the total fruit weight and constitute significantly higher amount of phenolic compounds than in the fruit pulp. The
main biologically active compounds present in pomegranate peel are flavonoids (anthocyanins, catechins and other complex flavonoids), hydrolysable tannins (punicalin, pedunculagin, punicalagin, gallic and ellagic acid). The methanolic extract of pomegranate peel is highly antioxidant and anti-mutagenic and was shown to inhibit lipid peroxidation, hydroxyl radical generation and LDL oxidation. Due to its high antioxidant properties, it is also used for the rapid synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) in ambient conditions.

Moringa Oleifera leaves
are rich in saponins and agents like Niaziminin A, Niazirin,

Querecetin-3-glucoside, Chlorogenic acid, Kaempferol.

Aqueous extract of M. oleifera exhibits anxiolytic and
antiepileptic properties via GABA mimetic action and can be used for the treatment of epilepsy and anxiety. The moringa leaf extract is highly antioxidant and was shown to suppress both monoamine oxidase type B (MAO-B) andPDE-5 levels in rats, hence could be substituted with conventional protein sources without any deleterious effects on blood parameters. Thus, it could be used as a source of food supplement to improve growth performance.

ViNitrox:
(Delays the fatigue barrier by 13%)

What is it?

ViNitrox™ is a unique proprietary synergistic combination of apple and grape polyphenols. The grapes used are sourced from famous vineyards in France and are carefully harvested and selected to offer the highest content in phenolic compounds. Active ingredients are extracted from the seed, leaf, skin and shoot as each part of the vineyard is unique.

What does it do?

ViNitrox™ increases
Nitric Oxide (NO) by stimulating the eNOS enzyme (endothelial Nitric Oxide Synthase). Vitro and Ex Vivo studies show that ViNitrox™ increases eNOS activation by 43% and NO production by 24%, leading to a
50% increase in vasodilation.

The latest clinical study was conducted on 50 athletes
between 25 to 45 years of age.  Results show that the athletes who took 500mg of ViNitrox™ improved physical capabilities:

() Increases physical training time by 10%.

() Optimised physical capabilities by delaying the fatigue
barrier by 13%.

AmentoPump®:
(Amplifies muscular contraction & (NO) mediated vasodilation)

What is it?

AmentoPump® is the plant essence of Selaginella tamariscina
containing 20% amentoflavone.

Amentoflavone is an extremely powerful and multifunctional
biflavonoid whose “claim to fame” is the ability to directly enhance strength. It was discovered that it possessed anti-inflammatory properties and has since shown to inhibit various cancers, tumours and COVID.

What does it do?

Despite the long list on benefits we have included this
ingredient for its unique approach of amplifying our Nitric Oxide boosters through inhibiting PDE5 and stimulating CA2+. AmentoPump® also interacts with the GABBA-A receptor, acting as a negative modulator, giving a central
stimulant type effect on the brain.

S7®:
(Clinically shown to increase Nitric Oxide (NO) by 230%)

What is it?

A patented blend of 7 phytonutrient-rich botanicals: Green Coffee Bean Extract, Green Tea Extract, Turmeric Extract, Tart Cherry, Blueberry, Broccoli and Kale.

S7® is standardized to 60% polyphenols, 30% catecins and 3% curcumin to ensure consistency, quality and efficiency.

What does it do?

S7® circulates Nitric Oxide concentration in the blood of
human participations after one consumption. ROS (Oxidative Stress) and Nitric Oxide are inversely related-when ROS increases within the body. It leads to diminished availability of Nitric Oxide and eNOS disfunction. S7® has a dual action approach, targeting the reduction of ROS while also triggering our body
to produce more Nitric Oxide.

A low dose of 50mg has been proven to increase the bioavailability of Nitric Oxide by 230%. Results are scientifically proven at 25mg and 50mg dosages, but the mechanism of action mentioned above indicates that more than 50mg may be counter productive!

 Paradoxine®:
(Activates Thermogenesis and increases Energy expenditure)

What is it?

Paradoxine® is a standardised ethanol extract of the Grains
of Paradise. Grains of Paradise (Aframomum Melegueta) is a spice native to West Africa that belongs to the same botanical family as ginger. In the seed of
Aframomum Melegeuta, there are lots of similar chemical structure components, such as 6-paradol, 6-gingerol, 6-shogal and 6-gingerdione etc. The proprietary matrix of these components are called Aframols. Paradoxine® is stanadized to
contain a minimum of 15% Aframols, in particular 12.5% 6-paradol.

What does it do?

Grains of Paradise has been traditionally used for centuries
as a spice and as a medicine for improving digestive and intestinal health. The seed are also used in West Africa as a remedy for a variety of aliments such as stomach aches, diarrhoea and even snake bites due to its reported anti-inflammatory properties.

In humans, there are two types of adipose tissue, WAT (white
adipose tissue) and BAT (brown adipose tissue). WAT is the sites of Energy storage, while BAT is responsible for cold-and diet-induced Thermogenesis, which helps to control body-energy expenditure, as well as body fat content. Paradoxine® has been scientifically proven to promote WAT transformation into BAT. This increases physical work output and metabolism which reduces body fat and gives hot sensations during high intensity workouts. In addition to its fat
loss capabilities, Grains of Paradise also has shown to boost testosterone levels. It contains anti-estrogenic properties promoting rapid muscle gains.

BioPerine®:
(Increases the absorption of nutrients by 30%)

What is it?

BioPerine® is a patented standardized extract from the dried fruits of Piper nigrum (black pepper) containing a minimum of 95% Piperine.

BioPerine® has been used as a bioavailability enhancer for
over 20 years and has been clinically studied to enhance absorption of nutrients by at least 30%.

 What does it do?

There is a general perception that more nutrients consumed,
more will be made use of by the body. Biologically speaking this is not the case. Some nutrients taken at a higher dose will actually negate the benefit
and will not be absorbed by the body. Since BioPerine® is sourced from Black Pepper Extract, many believe that consuming Black Pepper Extract will give the same results. This could not be further from the truth, direct intake of Black
Pepper Extract will not help achieve nutrient absorption unless taken in extremely high amounts.

Bioperine® enhances the bioavailability of many substances by inhibiting P-glycoproteins, stopping the action of enzymes and transporters that digest drugs and nutrients, activating amino acid transporters, and decreasing glucuronic acid.

P-glycoproteins are found within the membranes of our intestines, kidneys, and adrenal glands. Their main function is to transport drugs, vitamins, and nutrients from inside to outside of cells. The first proposed mechanism of Bioperine® activity is that piperine acts on these plasma membrane proteins and stops efflux, so that substances are kept inside the cell for better intestinal absorption.

Bioperine® is also thought to improve absorption by
stimulating thermogenesis, which is how energy and heat are created in the human body. This second proposed mechanism is that piperine stimulates catecholamines, which are thermogenic hormones, therefore increasing metabolic
processes through second messengers and inflating the demand for nutrients.
Catecholamines are localized in the intestines and as they are stimulated, they increase absorption of nutrients and activate amino acid transporters through thermogenesis. More heat and energy require more nutrients to be consumed, and
thermogenesis helps us utilize all the vitamins and minerals that we ingest daily while playing a crucial role in weight management.

The third proposed mechanism involves glucuronidation, which
is the process by which glucuronic acid is added to a substrate. As one of the many methods our body has to excrete things, glucuronidation helps remove drugs, substances, and other chemicals by making them water-soluble.
Water-soluble compounds are those that can be dissolved in water, and are easily transported out of the body via urine or bile. As things travel through our bodies (which are more than 50% water), materials that can’t dissolve in water tend to stay longer and be released later than those that are. Bioperine®
is suggested to decrease glucuronidation by inhibiting particular enzymes, leading to fewer water-soluble substances and more absorption.

How is Bioperine® different to Black Pepper Extract?

Increasing absorption of nutrients is not as easy as grinding extra Black Pepper into your supplements,  Bioperine® and Black Pepper are different.
Bioperine® is a purified Black Pepper Extract containing 95% piperine. Raw Black Pepper has around 5-9% piperine which would also need to be broken down after digestion.

THE PURPOSE: EXPLORE

The Purpose: Explore

 Why is Blood Flow important?

Proper circulation is key for maintaining optimal health. It
ensures that blood (nutrients and oxygen) continuously flows through the body, allowing every organ to function correctly. It helps to heal wounds faster, allows muscles to function correctly and keeps your brain sharp and your heart
healthy.

When neurons start to fire from the use of Central Nervous System Stimulants there is an accompanying increase in Blood Flow to the area of the brain that
is more active.

THE INGREDIENTS: EXPLORE

L-Citrulline Malate 2:1:
(Studied to increase Flow-Mediated Dilation, widening of
the artery by 34%)

What is it?

A naturally occurring amino acid which is also found in watermelon. L-Citrulline has been utilised for many years in the supplement industry as the best well known precursor for Nitric Oxide. Unfortunately, L-Citrulline’s absorption rate is relatively poor on its own. Our ingredient is chemically bonded to malic acid at a 2:1 ratio which is proven to maximise its
bioavailability and effectiveness.

(FMD)
Widens the Arteries significantly increasing Blood Flow!

HydroPump™:
(Intracellular hydration: draws water into the muscle
cell)

 What is it?

HydroPump™ is our
trademarked version of Glycerol powder. Glycerol is a naturally-occurringtrihydroxy (three hydroxyl group) sugar alcohol that is an intermediate in
carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Unlike Glycerol Monostearate which is
unstable and contains 10% Glycerol, HydroPump™
is ultra-stabilised and highly concentrated containing 65% purity, which is the highest on the market.

 What does it do?

When consumed, HydroPump™ is rapidly absorbed by the body and distributed between fluid compartments before being metabolised by the liver and kidneys. When consumed along with a hefty amount of water, osmotic pressure increases which help muscle cells retain large volumes of fluid. This creates a state of being hyper hydrated,
drastically increasing muscle volume, pump, endurance and recovery.

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt: (Extracellular hydration: draws water into the blood
plasma)

What is it?

Pink Himalayan sea salt is a type of salt from the Punjab region of Pakistan, near the foothills of the Himalayas. Most people describe pink Himalayan salt as the purest salt available which boasts several health benefits.

Our Pink Himalayan sea salt contains 98% sodium chloride
with no additives, The rest of the salt consists of trace minerals, such as potassium, magnesium and calcium.

What does it do?

The human body has a narrow range for maintaining optimal
fluid levels. This is regulated by two receptors that detect blood volume and cellular fluid. Each cell is bathed in extracellular fluid (outside the cell), and intracellular fluid (inside the cell). Both fluids maintain a balance of osmolytes – low-molecular-weight organic compounds that influence the
properties of biological fluids. Osmolytes manage the levels of ionic-charged mineral salts (electrolytes) and are comprised of amino acids and glucose.
Ionic-charged minerals provide electrical potential activating neurons in the nervous system, brain activity and muscle movement.

Sodium is the main extracellular electrolyte which draws
water into the blood plasma, Glycerol is intracellular therefore moving the water into the cell. This combination instantly increases cell volume and
maximises muscle tissue pump!

EnXtra®:
(Increases alertness by 119%)

What is it?

Sports Nutrition Ingredient of the year 2019. EnXtra® is a
super energizing patented botanical extract derived from the roots of Alpinia Galanga.

 What does it do?

The active compounds of EnXtra® can block Dopamine reuptake at synapses, thereby increasing Dopamine levels enhancing visuospatial
performance and mental clarity, leading to improved mental alertness.

Enovate Biolife took on the challenge to create the first
caffeine free natural psychostimulant with the onset and duration of action
comparable to Caffeine but, without the crash.

The result was the first and only natural Caffeine-free
patent-pending botanical ingredient, clinically proven to improve alertness by
107% within an hour of administration.

Other clinically proven health benefits include:

  • Ensuring peak alertness 3 hours after consuming EnXtra®, which lasts up to 5 hours.
  • Improving sustained attention when taken along with Caffeine.

The findings indicated that the current extract (EnXtra®) is more efficient compared to Caffeine to maintain the mental
Alertness without inducing the Caffeine-crash like symptoms.

The highly concentrated properties of EnXtra® has been
shown to interact with the Dopamine and Acetylcholinesterase (AchE)
neurotransmitters more than Caffeine. As evident by the outcome of the study’s
conducted, active compounds of EnXtra® can block the Dopamine reuptake, therefore increasing the Dopamine levels which can further enhance the visuospatial performance and mental clarity, leading to improved mental
Alertness. At the same time, its strong effect on Acetylcholinesterase
receptors is indicative of its nootropic potential.

Neurotransmitters are chemical messages that are released by nerve cells to communicate signals to other cells in the body such as neurons, gland
cells and muscle cells. By increasing the levels of Acetylcholine in the body,
neurotransmission will be improved, increasing cognitive and muscular performance. Huperzine A crosses the blood brain barrier quickly and does not
only prevent the breakdown of Acetylcholine, but also allows for a surplus of Acetylcholine above base levels, improving nerve and brain function and the direct signalling of muscular contractions.

Currently under clinical trials as a potential drug to treat Alzheimers Disease proves the strength of this incredibly potent ingredient.

 AstraGin®:
(Increases absorption of Citrulline by 45%)

Proteins are made up of hundreds and thousands of smaller units called amino
acids, which are attached to one another in long chains. There are 20 different types of amino acids that can be combined to make a protein. The sequence of
amino acids determines each protein’s unique 3-dimensional structure and its
specific function.

Amino acids and peptides are absorbed through specific
transport systems after digestion.

AstraGin® Increases the expression level of many absorption regulating mRNA, such as CAT1 for the absorption of cationic amino acids.
Higher expression level of an absorption regulating mRNA will lead to more of the transporter(s) it regulates, such as CAT1 mRNA which regulates the production of CAT1 transporter. More specific absorption transporter allows
more specific nutrients to be absorbed through the wall of the small intestine so it can be transported to the blood stream, such as more CAT1 transporter
which causes more citruline to be absorbed.

Only when a nutrient reaches the blood stream can it become
available to the 37 trillion cells in the human body!

Bioperine® enhances the bioavailability of many substances by inhibiting P-glycoproteins, stopping the action of enzymes and transporters that digest drugs and nutrients, activating amino acid transporters, and decreasing
glucuronic acid.

Bioperine® is also thought to improve absorption by stimulating thermogenesis, which is how energy and heat are created in the human body. This second proposed mechanism is that piperine stimulates
catecholamines, which are thermogenic hormones, therefore increasing metabolic processes through second messengers and inflating the demand for nutrients. Catecholamines are localized in the intestines and as they are stimulated, they increase absorption of nutrients and activate amino acid transporters through thermogenesis. More heat and energy require more nutrients to be consumed, and thermogenesis helps us utilize all the vitamins and minerals that we ingest daily while playing a crucial role in weight management.

The third proposed mechanism involves glucuronidation, which
is the process by which glucuronic acid is added to a substrate. As one of the many methods our body has to excrete things, glucuronidation helps remove drugs, substances, and other chemicals by making them water-soluble. Water-soluble compounds are those that can be dissolved in water, and are
easily transported out of the body via urine or bile. As things travel through our bodies (which are more than 50% water), materials that can’t dissolve in
water tend to stay longer and be released later than those that are. Bioperine®is suggested to decrease glucuronidation by inhibiting particular enzymes,
leading to fewer water-soluble substances and more absorption.

Lactomin™ 100% Whey Protein:
(Cross-Flow Micro Filtered Whey
Protein)

What is it?

Whey Protein is a bi-product of cheese and manufactured from
Cow’s milk. “WHEY” protein powder is a collection of globular proteins containing four main protein fractions and six minor ones. All these fractions combined give “WHEY” protein the highest Biological Value (BV) of any known protein. The biological value means that a vast amount of the protein intake from “WHEY” powder is effectively used by the body. All 9 essential amino acids
are broken down increasing Muscle Protein Synthesis promoting the growth of
lean muscle tissue and recovery.

WHEY Concentrate / Isolate is digested and absorbed much
faster than Milk Concentrate / Milk Powder. The absorption rate is imperative when stimulating muscle protein syntheses which is why we do not use these
cheaper sources of protein like the majority of our competitors.

Imported directly from Germany and sourced from cows with
access to fresh pastures. Lactoprot’s trademarked whey protein (Lactomin) consists of high protein content, effective BCAA / EAA ratio, excellent
digestibility and a natural luxurious milky taste.

Enriched with WHEY Concentrate & WHEY Isolate, our protein achieves a purity and quality that other WHEY proteins can not achieve. Lactoprot manufactures their cutting edge Loctomin protein using their state of
the art microfilteration process. This takes place at the lowest possible temperature, achieving the least degree of deterioration of the biological value of the protein. The nutritional qualities of Lactomin Protein remain
intact from extraction to digestion.

The essential amino acids (EAAs) derived
from our Lactomin Protein are… histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. There are three EAAs which
have special characteristics (leucine, isoleucine, and valine), they are called branched chain amino acids (BCAAs).

Often referred to as the building blocks of protein, when
protein is metabolized, it’s broken down into its simplest form of amino acids. There are 20 common amino acids that play numerous roles within your
human biology. Amino acids are composed of an amino group and a carboxyl group which is acidic, hence the name amino acid.

Essential amino acids cannot
be produced by your body, therefore it is essential to obtain them from your diet and the foods you eat or from supplements. Nine of the twenty
amino acids are categorized as essential. Each amino acid, is separately, or in combination responsible for various functions in your body. Tryptophan, for
example, is used to make niacin, melatonin, and serotonin, which promote healthy sleep and a positive mood state, while leucine is part of the branched chain amino acids, which helps stimulate muscle protein synthesis.

What does it do?

Protein floods your muscle tissue with the fuel it needs to
maximize performance. Drinking a protein shake before your workout will help elevate amino acids in your bloodstream at a much faster rate, than food alone.
The short rush of amino acids is known as hyperaminoacidemia and stimulates greater amounts of muscle protein synthesis. Having a flood of amino acids
post-workout is just as important, as it will help with the muscle rebuilding process and optimize your post-workout recovery.

Protein is the building block of muscles, muscle protein
synthesis is a naturally occurring metabolic process in which protein is produced to repair muscle damage caused by intense exercise. This occurs from amino acids binding to skeletal muscle proteins leading to increased muscular recovery and muscle size.

THE SCIENCE: EXPLORE

BCAA’s

The branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), leucine, isoleucine,
and valine, comprise 17% of human skeletal muscle. BCAAs are essential amino acids that need to be provided by dietary protein. Dietary protein-derived amino acids are transported via
the circulation to skeletal muscle where they are used to support MPS (Muscle Protein Synthesis).

Leucine:
is the main essential amino acid for muscle protein synthesis. Similarly to other amino acids, the carbon skeleton of leucine can also be used to generate ATP production.
However, leucine can also regulate several cellular processes such as protein
synthesis, tissue regeneration, and metabolism.

Valine:
promotes muscle growth and tissue repair. It is a precursor in the penicillin
biosynthetic pathway that enhance energy, increases endurance, and aids in muscle tissue recovery and repair.

Isoleucine:
is critical in physiological functions of the whole body, such as growth, immunity, protein metabolism, fatty acid metabolism and glucose transportation. Isoleucine can improve the immune system, including immune organs, cells and reactive substances.

EAA’S

Muscle protein synthesis requires more than just BCAAs — it
requires all essential (and non-essential) amino acids in adequate amounts. While the idea to supplement with the essential BCAAs has been a popular technique, more recent research has actually shown that BCAAs alone are not enough to induce sustainable synthesis of new muscle tissue. Supplying your muscles with the other six EAAs is needed to fully fuel protein synthesis, recovery, and growth.

Lysine:
is the key structural component of collagen and elastin, which supports healthy joints, ligaments, skin, hair, and nails and also plays an important role in immunity.

Threonine:
aids fat metabolism and immune function. Threonine also works with lysine to support important structural proteins in the body like collagen and elastin.

Phenylalanine:
supports production of dopamine as well as the catecholamines adrenaline and noradrenaline, which are critical for nervous system function, exercise performance, and fat burning.

Tryptophan:
is a precursor for serotonin (and subsequently melatonin) that beneficially impacts mood and immune system as well as support anti-inflammatory processes.

Histidine:
is a precursor to histamine, which can help combat free radicals generated by exercise.

Methionine:
aids the liver with fat digestion and supports cardiovascular health.

AstraGin®:
(Increases intestinal Leucine by 58% & Muscle Protein Synthesis by 30%)

Proteins are large, complex molecules that play many
critical roles in the body. They do most of the work in cells and are required for the structure, function, and regulation of the body’s tissues and organs.
Proteins are made up of hundreds or thousands of smaller units called amino acids, which are attached to one another in long chains. There are 20 different types of amino acids that can be combined to make a protein. The sequence of
amino acids determines each protein’s unique 3-dimensional structure and its specific function.

Amino acids and peptides are absorbed through specific
transport systems after digestion.

AstraGin® Increases the expression level of many absorption regulating mRNA, such as CAT1 for the absorption of cationic amino acids. Higher expression level of an absorption regulating mRNA will lead to more of the transporter(s) it regulates, such as CAT1 mRNA regulates the production of
CAT1 transporter. More specific absorption transporter allows more specific nutrients to be absorbed through the wall of the small intestine so it can be
transported to the blood stream, such as more CAT1 transporter which causes more Amino Acids to be absorbed.

Only when a nutrient reaches the blood stream can it
become available to the 37 trillion cells in the human body!
